Proceeds to benefit the South Orange Library
We are celebrating $3,000 the Friends of the South
Orange Public Library donated to our library for the
purchase of books and other materials in January 2016.
This donation is possible due to the generous donations
of our members and to the hard working volunteers at our
various fundraising events.
The next Friends of the South Orange Public Library monthly meeting is Tuesday May 10th, 2016. (subject to change)
Location: The Community Meeting Room, Lower level of the South Orange Library,65 Scotland Rd, South Orange.
All are welcome!
It's NOT a place to return library books but you can donate books you no longer want! It's great way to get rid of those "hard-to-donate" books such as encyclopedias, user's manuals, and textbooks. Our volunteers keep on top of reporting when this box is full, and your donations get picked up in a timely manner. (During our book donation days for our annual Book Sale, we will temporarily pause donations at the green box)
The Book Cage is OPEN!
